July 12th –
● Hay bale decorating 2pm-5pm
July 13th-
● Exhibit hall is accepting exhibit items 10am-6pm
● Barn quilts need to be delivered between 10am-6pm
July 14th-
● Cake Entries accepted 12-5:30pm
● Livestock Check-in 1-5pm
● Mandatory Livestock meeting @ 5pm
● Poultry / waterfowl In placed by 5pm
● Fair Opens @ 5:30pm
● Opening Ceremony 6pm
● Cake auction immediately after Opening Ceremony
● Exhibit Hall opens 6pm
● Rabbit entries checked in by 6pm
● Rabbit Show @ 7pm
● Dj Koon Man joining us from 7-9:30pm
● Exhibit hall closes @ 9pm
● Dinosaur adventure and drones 5:30-10pm
● Fair closes @ 10pm
July 15th-
● Fair opens @ 5:30
● Exhibit hall opens @ 6pm
● Cattle & Hog Show @ 7pm
● Danny Kensy playing music between 6-9pm
● Exhibit hall closes @ 9pm
● Dinosaur adventure and drones 5:30-10pm
● Fair closes @ 10pm
July 16th-
● Fair Opens @ 5:30pm
● Exhibit hall Opens @ 6pm
● Goat & Lamb Show @ 6:30pm
● Faron Hamblin @ 6pm
● Hard to tell Band From 7-10pm
● Exhibit hall closes @ 9pm
● Dinosaur adventure and drones 5:30-10pm
● Axe Throwing 5:30-10pm
● Fair closes @ 10pm
July 17th-
● Fair Opens @ 5:30pm
● Stockman’s contest 4-6pm
● Exhibit hall opens @ 6pm
● Cow patty contest @ 7pm
● Smokin Fireballs band between 7-10pm
● Poultry / waterfowl show @ 7:30pm
● Exhibit hall closes @ 9pm
● Dinosaur adventure and drones 5:30-10pm
● Axe Throwing 5:30-10pm
● Fair closes @ 11pm
July 18th-
● Fair Opens From 5:30pm
● Exhibit hall opens @ 6pm
● Livestock checked in & in place by 11am
● Open livestock show @ 2pm
● Dinosaur adventure and drones 5:30-10pm
● Axe Throwing 5:30-10pm
● Exhibit hall closes @ 8pm
● Tyler Nichols band between 7-11pm
● Fair Closes @ 11pm
July 19th –
● All exhibit hall, Barn quilts, and Hay bale decorating contest items
MUST be PICKED up between 2-4pm. After 4pm all remaining
items will become property of Richmond County Fair.
